How often will I receive updates?

Within 2–3 business days after you have redeemed your first Vehicle History Report, you should receive an email that contains a VIN Fraud Check and your Vehicle History Report dashboard link.

After that, you will receive an email with a new VIN Fraud Check and an updated report every 30 days.

For example, if you redeemed your first VHR on April 20, 2025, you would receive the next monthly email on May 20, 2025.

If you are not receiving your updates, please check your spam or junk folder.

It's been 30 days, and I have not yet received my Vehicle Monitoring email from CARFAX Canada

Rest assured, you’ll receive your Vehicle Monitoring email with the updated vehicle history report every 30 days throughout the length of your subscription, provided you have redeemed your initial Vehicle History Report (VHR).

However, sometimes there might be a slight delay if we're waiting on a specific data source to respond. But don't worry—once the information is available, we’ll promptly send you the email with the Vehicle Monitoring information and the refreshed VHR.

In the meantime, if you don't see the email in your inbox, we recommend checking your junk or spam folder just to make sure it didn’t end up there by mistake. We want to ensure you stay fully informed about any important updates to your vehicle's history.

If you still have difficulties, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
